By accessing or using CNC Mart India, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy and quality of the digital products they list on the platform. All products must be accurately described, properly categorized, and must not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. Sellers retain ownership of their content but grant CNC Mart India a license to distribute and sell their products on the platform.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and previews before making a purchase. Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are generally not offered once a file has been downloaded, except in cases where the product is significantly different from its description or is found to be defective. 5. Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed through our authorized payment gateway partners. CNC Mart India reserves the right to change pricing at any time, though changes will not affect purchases already completed.
6. Commission & Payouts
CNC Mart India charges a commission on each sale made through the platform. The current commission rate is displayed in the seller dashboard. Sellers may request payouts of their earnings subject to verification requirements.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on CNC Mart India, including the platform design, logos, and text, is the property of CNC Mart India and is protected by intellectual property laws. Product files remain the intellectual property of their respective sellers. Customers receive a license to use purchased files for personal or commercial purposes as specified in the product listing.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Upload, sell, or distribute content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
- Resell, redistribute, or share purchased digital files unless explicitly authorized by the seller
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform or its systems
- Manipulate reviews, ratings, or any other platform metrics
9. Limitation of Liability
CNC Mart India acts as a marketplace connecting sellers and customers. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of any product listed on the platform. CNC Mart India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
